    We use a simple but disciplined recipe: real milk, proper tea leaves, crushed elaichi and slow brewing. No premix, no shortcuts, just consistency in flavour and experience from morning to evening.

  • Why do you serve chai in kulhad, full cup and cutting?

    Each format is optimised for a different “chai moment”: kulhad for slow breaks, full cup for focused work sessions, and cutting for quick resets. Same recipe, different dose depending on your day.

  • What are your typical prices and portion sizes?

    We keep pricing habit-friendly: Kulhad, Full Cup and Cutting are all priced so you can easily make Chai 2002 a daily ritual, not a once-in-a-while treat. Exact prices are clearly listed at the counter and on the site.

  • Can you handle office or bulk chai orders?

    Yes. We regularly serve teams and small groups in and around Munshi Pulia. You can call ahead for scheduled rounds of chai so your team’s break is ready when they step out.

  • Are you offering Chai 2002 franchises yet?
